Wow! I can't believe how easy this recipe is! A casserole like this is great for holiday breakfast. I love to have something like this to serve on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's morning. Those holidays are months away, so I'll make this for a weeknight dinner. Looks delicious!
