Cheesy Noodle Bake

The name of this slow cooker casserole recipe says it all. Cheesy Noodle Bake is rich and cheesy just like you'd hope it would be. This recipe is like a slow cooker lasagna except you can use any kind of noodle you'd like. Let the pasta dish cook for about 3 hours on low and serve with Parmesan cheese on top for a salty finish. This is the best pasta casserole to serve to company because it is easy on you as the host, but it is a crowd-pleaser and is very hearty. You could easily substitute ground turkey for the ground beef, or even add in some chopped vegetables to mix things up a bit.

I made this for my family and they really enjoed it- even my picky 11 year old ate it. I also snuck 1 handfull of chooped up spinach in it for a little extra boost. I think I would use more noodles and maybe a little heartier one, they seemed to be a little mushy but it was still good. I also used more hamburger about 20 ounces. It made about 6 servings and this was about the only adjustment I made.
