One-Bowl Creamed Corn Casserole
One-Bowl Creamed Corn Casserole is a great dish to make for special occasions. This baked corn casserole is the perfect holiday side dish, but it would also add an element of festivity to any-old weeknight dinner. The best thing about this cream corn casserole is that it can be mixed up in just one bowl so you won't have to worry about spending a ton of time doing dishes. Topping the casserole with Cheddar cheese before it bakes helps to give this One-Bowl Creamed Corn Casserole an amazing crust.

I like this recipe since there is not a ton of sugar added into the mix like other recipes I've seen. I don't like versions that are overly sweet, and the addition of sour cream gives it a nice tanginess. And who doesn't love cheese? If you are trying to cut down on some of the sodium, you could use frozen corn instead of the canned.
