French Onion Casserole
For all of you French onion soup fans, this one's for you. French Onion Casserole takes your favorite soup and puts it in a casserole form. All of the wonderful flavors of the soup are still in there, but instead of using a bowl, you use a plate. Plus, you don't need to dunk any bread into the soup because the bread is already part of the dish. Now, you can bring a French onion dish to a potluck and share the goodness.

I tried a similar casserole recently and it was so delicious! I'm not sure this would cut it as a main dish, though; I'd serve it alongside chicken.
