Rustic Baked Rigatoni

Rustic Baked Rigatoni is a fabulous Italian chicken pasta casserole. Made with chicken, Italian sausage, bell pepper, fresh herbs, tomatoes, and two types of cheese, this pasta dish is a dinner winner. The recipe calls for homemade pasta, which is super cool, but you could always use pasta from the box if you don't want to dedicate that extra time. However, if you have time on a rainy day, it's a fun thing to try.
