I wish you had published the recipe as it was for just you and your husband. There are only two of us, neither of which eat much at one time, so that would have been perfect for me. Guess I'll just divide it into four pans and freeze 3. Looks great, though. I WILL try it as published for one of our church suppers.

Hi kathybenz, we also have a Casseroles for Two category, if you're looking for meals with smaller portions. You could also cut this recipe in half, so it wouldn't be as much to freeze.
