I think my family would really love this dish. I love the use of Monteray Jack cheese. Have you ever shredded up pepper jack cheese and used it to give this dish a kick? My daughter would say it is a must because of how much she loves pepper-jack. I like that you made the biscuits homemade with buttermilk because who doesn't love a good buttermilk biscuit at dinner?
