Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- NOTE: Ham can be substituted for the turkey
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix everything but the cheese.

Transfer to a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole.
