The WMF Touch All-Purpose Knife is just that: all-purpose. The knife is made from steel and features a nonstick coating. It is a great size for slicing fruit, cutting cheese, or mincing garlic.

This knife features a nice grip with a hard shell and rubber grip. This makes cutting ingredients for a long period of time easier on your hands. This is especially important if you have arthritis or pain in your hands.

I like using this utility knife with smaller fruits and vegetables. It is a great size for slicing citrus, or cutting up a block of cheese. The small size also makes it a good choice for mincing garlic which can be tough with a large blade.

The blade on this knife is incredibly sharp. My favorite detail on this knife is the nonstick coating on the blade. This keeps you from constantly having to wipe the knife off to keep chopping. I was happy to see there was a sheath included so you don't accidentally prick yourself while reaching for something in the drawer.
