The BergHOFF Perfect Slice Casserole Pan is one of the most unique pans I have ever used. The nonstick bakeware is designed to make portion control effective and simple for anyone. The pan comes complete with a snap on lid and custom slicer. 

Leaving all the extra features aside, the actual casserole pan is incredibly durable and well-made. The strong metal has a FernoGreen nonstick coating, free from harmful toxins. After using the dish, it can even go into your dishwasher for an easy clean. I still recommend handwashing, since the nonstick coating makes rinsing it off just as easy as putting it in the dishwasher.

The Perfect Slice features are what make this pan so special. On the actual pan is a guideline grid along each side. Included with the pan is a custom slicer. It fits perfectly across the pan, creating even slices. I love the comfortable handle and beveled edge that releases food easily. 

Another great item included with this pan is the lid. Not only, does it latch onto the pan for easy storage, but it also holds the slicer securely so you don't lose any parts. A handle makes taking this pan, and the delicious food inside, to a potluck or party. 

I love that you create a number of different sized servings depending on how you use the grid. Different combinations of cuts, mean anywhere from 21 portions to 84 portions of your dish. This is incredibly helpful when you are trying to watch what you eat and portion food appropriately.
