The Bella Sun Luci line of sun dried tomato products is all delicious and the Bruschetta with Italian Basil is no different. The prepared bruschetta mix allows you to make a tasty appetizer in less than five minutes. Serve the bruschetta with toasted bread and you will have an instant party hit.
The flavors of the bruschetta are spot on. I love the fresh basil flavor and could taste the addition of Parmesan cheese. Whole pine nuts are mixed into every bite to give a nutty characteristic.
The bruschetta can be used in recipes or simply served on its own. The jar has some great recipe ideas to get you started. One recipe suggestion they give is for an Italian Prosciutto Panini. The combination of flavors works so well with the bruschetta.
This Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta is naturally gluten free making it the perfect thing to serve to a large party. Even picky eaters will gobble up this tomato mix. I loved the texture because there are not giant chunks of tomatoes, rather a nice mix of each ingredient. Even picky eaters will gobble up this sun dried tomato mix.

I really liked the flavor of this spread. The basil and tomato paired perfectly and it wasn't spicy unlike other bruschetta spreads that I've tried. I'd eat this again.

I thought this was delicious! It's not like the bruschetta I'm used to because it doesn't have chunks of tomato. But that made me like it more. It was easier to eat without all of the tomatoes falling off! I'll have to get this for myself!

Delicious tomato flavor! This would be perfect for a party spread on toasted bread with a bit of parmesan on top.

YUM! Fast and easy. A great entertaining idea in a pinch. Combine a little goat cheese with splash of milk and spread it on the baguette before you add the spread to amp it up a bit.
