Red Gold is a family-owned, privately-held tomato processing company, founded in 1942. It has been operated by the same Midwest family for the last 70 years and currently has the 3rd and 4th generation actively involved in the business.
Red Gold has grown to become the largest privately held private label manufacturer of full-line tomato products in the United States. Our products are sold in all channels of food distribution throughout the U.S.
Red Gold has three manufacturing locations and produces products in Cans, PET and Glass. Tomatoes to support these facilities are grown locally by farmers in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. Many of these farmers have relationships with Red Gold dating back three generations.
