Peach cobbler is one of my favorite "food memories" that I have from my childhood! Give me a bowl of it served warm with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream or frozen custard on top and I'm in heaven. I haven't had it in years, and now this recipe just reminded of it. I can't wait until I make this recipe - it looks so good with the addition of the brandy and spices!
