Monster Cookie Bars

These aren't any old cookie bars; they're Monster Cookie Bars. Made with M&M candy and chocolate chips, these are great anytime of the year. They begin with a layer of graham crackers, followed by sweetened condensed milk, and are topped with candy and oats. Once you eat one, you'll want to eat them all. You may even turn into a cookie monster.

How do you think this would work with chocolate graham crackers? I think it would be extra rich and fit in perfect on those nights when you have a major sweet tooth, or only chocolate will do. Thank you for the inspiration. I love making fun treats, and this one sounds like a blast.
