Poke cakes are so easy to make. I love this recipe because it calls for yellow box cake mix. For busy people, that is a welcome attribute. I like to know I can prepare something homemade without a lot of fuss. This recipe is just that, easy and it sounds delicious.

To me, the best part of banana pudding is the pudding with a great big spoonful of nilla wafers. With this recipe I could have the best of both. Even better, if I do not have the time to bake from scratch this recipe calls for box cake. Thanks, The County Cook!
