This is an awesome way to get the kids to eat more healthy vegetables! They will probably think that this is a dessert, due to the sweet praline topping, but as a mom I see it as veggies and pecan protein! Just go for a healthier dessert option like fresh fruit, and it's a win - win for everybody!
