Ritzy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ritzy Tuna Noodle Casserole is separated from other tuna noodle casseroles for a few reasons. First, instead of just peas, celery and mushrooms are thrown into the mix. Second, Ritz Crackers (potato chips and bread crumbs work, too) form a cheesy and crunchy crust on the top. Comfort food doesn't get much better than this.
