Creamy Mushroom Chicken
"The hardest part of this recipe is cutting the chicken into pieces. If you’re not good at butchering a whole chicken, simply ask your butcher, or use either just breasts or legs or a mix of both. Besides that, you just need to brown the pieces of chicken, cook the celery, onion and mushrooms, then transfert them into an oven safe dish, add in the rice, arrange the chicken pieces on top, then cover and bake! That’s simple right!?! Casserole dishes are fun to make, easy and so delicious!"
