Layered Tater Tot Casserole
Layered Tater Tot Casserole is a very easy dinner that's perfect for weeknights. There are two layers of tots - one on the bottom and one on top. There's no cream of anything soup, or any other creamy ingredients, so the bottom layer of tots doesn't get soggy. The casserole isn't dry, though, because there's plenty of cheese. There are a lot of veggies, too, though kids probably won't even notice because they'll be distracted by the tater tots. Throw in a cup and a half of frozen mixed veggies into the ground beef. You don't even have to thaw them! This tater tot casserole is an excellent dinner on a weeknight.
Notes
It is important to drain the ground beef before you add the milk and veggies, otherwise the casserole will be greasy.
