Microplane Gourmet Mandoline Slicer

This Gourmet Slicer from Microplane makes prepping salads, roasted vegetables, fruity desserts, and so much more. The handheld slicer acts as a mandoline to produce uniform 2mm thick pieces of fruit and vegetables. It has a unique hand guard that can hold small or large ingredients.
