Farberware Colortech 12" Skillet Review

The Farberware Colortech 12" Skillet is one of the best pans we've used yet! This 12 inch skillet is nonstick, aluminum, and oven safe up to 400 degrees F. This colortech nonstick skillet’s design is sleek, fresh, and modern. This will stand out in your kitchen, which is fantastic. You’ll find that this heavy duty product heats quickly and evenly without any issue at all. Since it is a heavy duty pan, there is less cause for denting and this double-thick cookware helps reinforce the shape of the pan.

Have I mentioned how versatile this pan is? The width and depth of the pan leaves room for various cooking opportunities.  This skillet is wide, deep, and nonstick - making it incredibly easy to whip up something quick and delicious for dinner.

I had the pleasure in reviewing this plan and I decided to make my favorite stir-fry recipe. Throughout college, I worked with tiny pots and pans and often had to clean up the stove after cooking dinner because food would always spill. There was not one issue with this Farberware Colortech Skillet. Honestly, the pan is wide enough and deep enough to contain your various ingredients. I started my stir-fry by cooking the chicken and I was shocked to see just how well the nonstick worked! I then added vegetables and rice – all of which cooked together beautifully in this large skillet.

This skillet is not only stir-fry approved, but cookie skillet-approved. One of my favorite desserts is a warm and gooey cookie skillet fresh from the oven. After seeing that this amazing pan is oven safe up to 400 degrees F, I decided to give my homemade cookie skillet a whirl. Sweets tend to be sticky, so I was nervous at first to see if the skillet would hold up. Wow, was I blown away. The cookie skillet cooked evenly and I was able to serve this dish with such ease. Each slice came out of the skillet perfectly – which made for fabulous photo-ops. Cleanup was incredibly easy, which is always something we’re looking for. I highly recommend this Farberware Colortech 12’’ Skillet for your kitchen. It’s a wonderful addition to your pot and pan collection and the possibilities are endless with this skillet!
