Easy Taco Quiche
If you love Mexican food, then you will love this Easy Taco Quiche recipe. It has a tortilla crust, a center layer of ground beef and spices and is topped with an egg and milk mixture and Monterey Jack cheese. You can also add additional toppings, such as lettuce, tomatoes, avocados or salsa. This dish is delicious, healthy and very easy to put together. And since this taco quiche is lighter than actual tacos (and easier to eat), this is a perfect meal for brunch.
