Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, sliced in half
- 1 (14-ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen corn
- 1 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine beans, tomato, corn, chopped poblano, flour, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
