Creme Brulee Bread Pudding

Creme Brulee Bread Pudding may seem a bit daunting, but it is far from it. This is a homemade bread pudding recipe that, though fancy, is simple to make. Like all bread puddings, custard is poured over a layer of cubed bread. What sets this recipe apart is that after it's done baking, you sprinkle sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to give it a creme brulee finish.
