Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoon Thousand Island Dressing
- 8 ounce sliced corned beef
- 2 tablespoon deli-style mustard
- 2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
- 3 slices marbled rye bread, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Dill pickles

Instructions

Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 8 x 12-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Spread the sauerkraut into the bottom of the baking dish. Dot the dressing on top.

Layer the corned beef, dot with mustard and top with Swiss cheese.

Spread the rye bread cubes over the top of the casserole, sprinkle with the melted butter and caraway seeds.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Serve with dill pickles.
