Cheese Steak Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound thin cut bottom round steak
- 1 pound elbow macaroni pasta
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Italian blend cheese
- Non-stick spray
Instructions

Spray a pan with non-stick spray and place over medium high heat.

Place the steak into the hot pan and season it with seasoning salt.

Fry both sides of the steak until the steak is completely done.

Remove the steak from the pan and cut into bite sizes.

Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, fry the peppers and onions until they soften, then remove from the pan.

Cook the pasta and drain.

Place the pasta, steak and peppers into a pan over medium heat. Pour in the Alfredo sauce. Stir. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer into a casserole dish.

Sprinkle the cheese on top of the casserole.

Turn the oven on broil and place the casserole in the oven until the cheese starts to bubble.
